Mutualise your resources and your purchasing expenses

The priority for humanitarian organisations is to respond rapidly to the needs of beneficiaries following emergencies around the world. Cost control and means optimisation are also important to obtain the best value for the collected funds.
In order to address these issues, our client wants to set up a Humanitarian Procurement Centre, offering professional procurement and logistics services to other NGOs, in order to optimise resource allocation.

We set up a mutualised Humanitarian Procurement Centre

We conducted a Benchmark and surveyed potential clients’ needs, in order to identify useful and value added services for other humanitarian organisations.
We set out the Humanitarian Procurement Centre Business Plan, including the service offer, the associated management processes and the online platform functionalities.
A specific tool for funds allocation and tracking was also developed, to ensure full transparency for donors.
