{"id":6269,"date":"2024-07-31T10:17:33","date_gmt":"2024-07-31T08:17:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kyu.fr\/?p=6269"},"modified":"2024-07-31T10:17:33","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T08:17:33","slug":"integrating-csr-skills","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kyu.fr\/en\/integrating-csr-skills\/","title":{"rendered":"Integrating CSR skills"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kyu launched a survey among employees of social housing organizations on the needs for skills related to CSR and the actions taken by their employers to materialize their CSR commitment.<\/p>\n<p>A major observation emerges: the overall maturity of the sector concerning CSR remains low, despite obvious disparities.<\/p>\n<p>The main actions carried out remain in fact of the order of general awareness of sustainable development (climate fresco, eco-gestures, waste sorting, etc.), or operational actions related to the well-being of employees (teleworking, or installation of places of conviviality).<\/p>\n<p>Few actions still aim to specifically train professions on the new skills implied by a structured CSR commitment. The professions benefiting the most from targeted actions are construction and rehabilitation trades, social professions and purchasing.<\/p>\n<p>However, some organizations have already implemented a structured CSR policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Achievements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine the possible contributions of each profession to the societal and environmental commitments of social housing organizations<\/li>\n<li>Define the skills needs induced by these contributions for each profession<\/li>\n<li>Have these skills needs validated by a study among employees<\/li>\n<li>Update the 51 job descriptions of the reference system by including a \u201cCSR Skills\u201d section<\/li>\n<li>Create a \u201cCSR Manager\u201d job description<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the level of maturity of social housing organizations in terms of CSR through the actions they carry out and the skills needs they express<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kyu launched a survey among employees of social housing organizations on the needs for skills related to CSR and the actions taken by their employers to materialize their CSR commitment.
