If you would like to receive resources (industry documents, templates, IA prompts, etc.) to help you create your own mapping, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:bernard.alberti@kyu.fr\">bernard.alberti@kyu.fr<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To implement a GEPP, the first essential step is to build up a skills and competencies repository, by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Making an inventory<\/strong> of the trades present in the company;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drawing up job descriptions<\/strong> to enable an objective assessment of resources, recruitment and anticipation of future needs;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creating a skills repository<\/strong> that will enable the company to structure its training plans and build professional and integration paths in line with its needs and prospects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During this webinar, we provided a number of tips to facilitate the conduct of this type of exercise, and gave concrete advice on how to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structure the mapping<\/strong>, notably through the exploitation of the work carried out by professional branches;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Draw up job descriptions<\/strong>, detailing the headings that should be included and the editorial rules to adopt;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Use AI<\/strong> to match jobs to occupations, or to produce first versions of job descriptions for personalization;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Build your skills repository<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also explained how repositories can be operationally used and create value, even before they are finalized.<\/p>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kyu.fr\/mettre-en-oeuvre-une-gepp-notre-cycle-de-webinaires-dedies\/\">cycle of webinars dedicated to GEPP<\/a> will continue over the coming months, and will enable us to focus on other stages of the approach.
