Our firm conducted a study on the current state and best practices in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the training organizations sector, a project supported by AKTO and the Ministry of Labor, Health, Solidarity and Families as part of the EDEC Trans’formation. This study highlights the maturity of the training organizations sector in terms of CSR<\/strong>, the potential challenges encountered, and the best CSR practices to be implemented throughout the training lifecycle.<\/p>\n

The current situation reveals a major finding: despite a positive view of CSR and the gradual integration of social and environmental concerns into activities, disparities persist among training organizations based on their size or field of intervention. Indeed, very small structures (less than 3 employees) indicate a lack of resources to implement an effective CSR policy, while organizations working with marginalized populations tend to be more sensitive to these issues.<\/p>\n

While some good practices are often implemented (waste recycling, providing reusable materials, raising awareness among employees about social and\/or environmental issues…), organizations are increasingly required to formalize their policies<\/strong> due to growing environmental and social requirements in tenders, especially those conducted by public entities. Some organizations, either due to new requirements or thanks to the positive push from their management or employees, are integrating a structured CSR policy. Four levels of maturity have been identified, ranging from the most advanced to the least advanced: exemplary, pragmatic, curious, observer.<\/p>\n
