Assessing the prevention levels of Product-related risks
Product or Service failures can have a huge impact on a company, both in terms of direct costs (claims, discounts, product recall…) and in terms of indirect costs (loss of market share, deteriorating reputation…)
It is often very difficult to assess the level of prevention measures deployed, as failures can occur at any stage of the product’s life cycle.
We implement a global approach to Product-related risk prevention
Based on a risk mapping of the various activities, we set out the full range of risks (functional, aesthetic, safety…)
We then built a single framework containing prevention devices for each type of risk at each stage of the product life cycle
This framework was deployed through audit campaigns in each business unit
