We collaborated with them on developing the business case for this project, emphasizing the efficiency challenges in the warehouse, store back office, and customer experience. We substantiated these benefits through pilot programs conducted in over a hundred stores in Europe.
The challenges relate to :
receiving productivity,
stock management
the ability to locate and serve a item requested by the customer instantly,
the anti-theft function is also activated.
