Senior profiles

Professionals with several years of experience in Consulting or in the areas of Marketing, Operations, and Risk Management will be considered for the roles of Consultant or Senior Consultant, depending on experience.


Final year students from Business Schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP-EAP, EM-Lyon,…), Engineering Schools (Mines, Centrale, ENSAM,…) or Political Sciences Schools will be considered for intern positions lasting from 3 to 6 months.


Recruitment Process

Its goal is to enable the evaluation of your personal skills, your communication and listening abilities, your capability to analyse situations, to structure complex issues and to propose innovative solutions all of which will facilitate your integration into our team.

It is also an opportunity to discuss your experience, your motivation, and to give you a full overview of KYU and your development potential within our firm.

If your paper application is successful, you will meet members of our team over 4 interviews, with consultants, managers and partners, who will discuss your experience and asses your skills using case studies, in both French and English.
